Nominee must be actively on the front line, serving the community in some capacity, throughout the COVID-19 crisis.  One service per winner.  Number of winners will be determined once entries are reviewed.  Nominee entries will be accepted up until we are cleared to return to work by the New York State Governor.  Winners will be chosen within 4 weeks of re-opening.  All complementary services are non-transferable and must be used within 3 months of the contest winner reveal.  Complementary services cannot be turned in for any cash value.
